SHIPPING AND HANDLING
HauteXpressions ship anywhere in the United States. All items are shipped via UPS Express. The average shipping cost anywhere in the USA/Canada is between $35 up to $55 pending on the weight of the package and timeframe. for weight of items less than (including) 500 grams, additional 500 gram is $10; The shipping cost to U.K, France, Netherlands Nigeria or Germany is $45 for weight of items less than (including) 500 grams, additional 500 gram is $15.
Shipping and Delivery Time Frame:
For In-Stock Orders-
We can ship immediately after receipt of payment. It takes 1-2 days to arrive in USA/Canada and 3 to 5 days to arrive in the U.K, France, Netherlands or Germany.
For Custom Orders-
For hair units and accessories, such as; lace frontals, top closures, machine wefts, hand-tied wefts, skin wefts, bulk hair and pre-tipped hair the delivery time is:
Average order production is 15 days.
Rush Production: 10 days
For full lace wigs, the delivery time is:
Average order production is 22-25 days.
Rush Production: 15 days
Rush order requests are an additonal cost of $25 per unit.
Delivery Delays: Please be advised the above timeframes are approximations, and may be affected by weather, postal system delays, holidays, customs clearance, etc. We are not responsible for any delays due to incorrect addresses, incomplete shipping addresses, customer not being home to sign for the package, or any other delays that may occur.
NOTE: In order that you can receive your package securely, Normally, We ship all our packages with Sign for the requirements (you also can ask someone else to sign for the package). We are not responsible for the delays that you can't sign for your package in time. If you don't want to sign for the package, please send a message to us when you place the order.

A UPS email will be automatically sent to you immediately after pakages are sent out.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our mission at HauteXpressions is to provide excellent customer care to ensure a satisfying online shopping experience for you. Our distinctive collection of Premium 100% Human Hair and craftmanship gives our clients consistently beautiful results you can depend on. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us and we are dedicated to serving you and conducting all business matters with the utmost integrity. All hair pieces are inspected prior to shipping to ensure that it meets your specification and our high quality assurance standards.
We do not offer refunds, we do offer our customers 72 hours (3 business days), to exchange your hair piece or wig as long as the terms are met below and the returned order (hair piece and/or wig is still in its brand new condition. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or give exchanges for hair pieces/ wigs that have been worn, styled, cut lace or hair, products applied such as glue or hair products, etc. Any reason you are not satisfied with your unit, you can send it back for an exchange of an In-Stock unit or a Custom unit that is made to fit your specifications. The following Policy does not apply to Clearance or Discontinued Items which are not returnable or exchangeable.
Terms of Condition for qualifying for Exchange or Store Credit:
If you get your hair unit and there is a problem, please notify us immediately within 72 hours upon receiving your unit. DO NOT ALTER the hair piece or wig in any way - read below.
If you meet the below terms, we will offer you an exchange or store credit. Store credits do not expire and can be used towards another hair unit purchase. If you receive your hair piece or wig and you decide that you do not like the color, style, length, or texture that you ordered, or you measured your head incorrectly and your unit is either too big or too small, etc., as long as you meet and follow the terms and conditions in this policy, you can contact us regarding an exchange or in-store credit.
We do not issue refunds. We CAN NOT accept returns on items that are not in their original condition and have been altered in any way. All packaging, including wig caps, wig bag, wig label or tag, etc. must be returned with the unit. NO EXCEPTIONS. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the terms in our return policy are not met. This includes but is not limited to doing any of the following:
DO NOT cut or trim lace. DO NOT tear or rip the lace. DO NOT put glue on the unit. DO NOT put products on the unit. DO NOT put any chemicals on the unit. DO NOT dye the unit. DO NOT attempt to correct the problem yourself prior to calling us. DO NOT style or cut the hair of the unit. DO NOT perm the unit. DO NOT wash or condition the unit. DO NOT wear the unit. DO NOT destroy or loose original packaging including wig caps and wig bags. Units that are damaged by customer will not be accepted under our return policy. If you do any of the above, we WILL NOT accept the return and this policy will not apply. NO EXCEPTIONS. We DO NOT issue refunds. If you meet the terms and conditions, you will receive an exchange or in-store credit.
